You guys to do a typical 3 bed house? Let's say 4 windows front and back? At the moment we're a 2 nan crew and only getting through 2 an hour (first cleans though). Next month will it be a lot quicker? Unless were doing 4 houses an hour it's not gonna be worth it?

That is about right for bad first cleans as can take twice as long if done properly. That is why I charge the same as a one-off clean as can take me about an hour for each first clean I do.

First cleans can take up to 2 to 6 x longer to do than a maintenance clean. Make sure you price according to the condition of the job as much as the number of windows.

It shouldn’t matter if you are doing, first cleans, 3 bed houses, 2 man crew or, 2 jobs per hour or 4 houses per hour – what does matters is the price. It wont matter if you think you will be quicker on maintenance cleans, you might already be the quickest first cleans window cleaners in the UK, if you see what I mean.

Look at your first clean price; the problem can’t be solved by cleaning 4 jobs per hour, or 40 jobs per hour, if the problem isn’t there in the first place.

takes a good year for most to get together a slick speedy act . dont worry about speed is my tip
