Just organising boot of my car and managed to get 2 cleans (regular) and a gutter job

where dyou work Davey? i only work in the towns,not outside , mostly on the big council estates are what interests me and where i focus all the effort

I work in Stevenage mainly but travel to hatfield and luton sometimes as I have enough in 1 area to be worth 20 minute drive

stevenage is a busy town but only 12 miles to drive completely round the outside so do the whole town

its good to work in several different towns, i find it staves off boredom.

It will be good to get enough work to stop driving for a living also.i am in leigh on sea in a truck now after cleaning this morning.

Only been back at it 2 weeks and have around 20 customers

I have a figure I strive for every day. Some days I beat it, some days I'm short, but either way I do ok out of it.

I have a daily target, a weekly target but most importantly a monthly target.

It used to get to me if I failed the weekly target, so I now use the monthly target as the most important. This means I can try to ensure a better week if the previous one was bad for any reason, and then targets are met and I feel good./emoticons/smile.png

any way im free...free as a bird....well some would say on the prices i charge i am pretty much free but what i am celebrating is...so far...nothing booked in...hurray..

well okay...i have an oak tree prune a gutter clear out and a potential conny to paint but no pressure ...its the first time for weeks tomorrow i can go where i want....mind you ....bet the bloomin phone rings in the morning....

i was thinking today of the film sliding doors....as i drove toward one house i could go in the road at the top or the bottom so which way would i go....okay im a man....and in the distance was a nice white skirt in full bright sunshine...:rofl:

well anyway it was the right way round for the next job

ya gotta laugh...life is funny....

like today ...one i do he works from home ..he is very nice..we have a good natter ...but i got really excited when i saw his empty drive...i shot around the back to get it done fast....yeh ...hes sold his bloomin car....and of course he was in.../emoticons/biggrin.png

another i skipped on friday as she had requested me by text...two cars right across the bay window....so i used that as an exuse to skip...today car gone okay to do....she said oh just knock we will move the cars...why the bloomin heck dont you just move them anyway since you asked me to come by text....grrrrrr

the one at dinner time was right by the chippy got really hungry and was looking forward to my chips...til i noticed the time two oclock when the chippy shuts....forgot i started late today....grrrr

still the last one to do...got up the ladder and it threw it down....believe it or not...i got down and threw my hands in the air and made a gesture to push the rain away....hey listen ...it stopped...just hope no one saw me....as i say..you gotta laugh:rofl:

Nothing more annoying than waiting for cars to be moved

I don't have many custys yet but they are well trained

garage already open so I can walk through to the back

1 I do inside and out everytime..just a show of willing really as they are always spotless but all ornaments already moved and windows unlocked so I don't have to ladder the house..sweeet
