Sorry. Structural insulated panels.

What most modern buildings are made of. Basically stud walls, insulated and osb (wafer board) nailed on.

These panels are made in the workshop then nailed together on site to form your building. It's boring, but its work.

i have enjoyed three days off...not so peaceful...like piccadilly station .... but it was a break...
