Thought it has gone quite with website enquiry forms coming through as found out my site has been down for 3 days now. Apparently the server went tits up and they have not managed to get it back up yet. Bless em

Trouble is it's free hosting so bugger all I can do about it really.

In hindsight would have been a good ideal for me to have taken a backup. Oops! so looks like i'm going to have to rebuild another site from scratch /emoticons/sad.png

Indeed....It seems that free hosting server has been hit with a dos attack that is unstoppable

It's funny how they can resolve the issue if I upgrade to a paid hosting account though on different servers /emoticons/biggrin.png

Your sites on the server that under attack are affected.

We are doing the best we can to slow down the attack but we can't make the attacker to stop the attack.

You are welcome to create another site that will be on different server or upgrade to paid hosting to avoid this issue.

Paid hosting don't have this type of issue since all user on paid host not likely be abuser like free hosting.

Quite likely. Prob is free servers are shared with hundreds if not more other sites and sometimes others sites might be the culprits taking down to whole server or slowing it up for others.
