In a Sid James voice ' well that's what my wife says to me ' .......

Who wants to change brushes just to eliminate spiders? Is there a brush with hard cane bristles on either edge just to remove spiders and a little softer in the middle for standard cleaning?

What has my life become?

I hate to sound like a broken record but the tecbuk has radius bristles that pluck those egg sacks and protective mother spiders right out of the corners

i gota say the tecbuk is ace at geting spider sacks out of them corners defo the best brush out there its like i mini sill brush:cool:

One thing I find with the Tecbuk is, I can't buffer the brush just under the top frame, the bristles just go over the top of it if you're scrubbing hardish

Generally, I use medium weight brushes on residential window cleans. Though when we get into winter and I use hot water for all my cleans, then the stiffer brushes are handy, as they hold up better to the hot water.

There are more and more windows with coated glass (especially the termal coating) in my runs, and the coating is easily marked, so I don't use the stiffer bristles.

As it happens, my prefered residential brushes happen to be medium or soft anyways.

Bugger lol not long got back from ireland
Only ever been once. I took Lady T to Dublin for her 40th. Oddly, on the Saturday night, I found myself breaking up a fight where 2 mobs were scuffling and one of them was getting a right good hiding. I couldn't stand by and watch this kid getting a kicking. God knows what they thought to an Englishman breaking a fight up on O'Connell St . It's a wonder they didn't start on me
