Unexpected apology

Posted on here last week that some deluded customer accused me of scratching her patio door. This morning received a phone call from her husband who remembered leaning the rotary line on the glass recently which got knocked and caused the metal frame to slide down the glass.

Alls well that ends well I suppose. Just a shame he didn't remember before his nut bar spouse gobbed off.

At least you got an apology from hubby I suppose. Are you going to strike them off now as she sounds a right pain in the ares?

Nice to hear

These things happen mate. I find after an incident like this you'll often get treated a lot better afterwards. It's like they feel guilty or something.

Nice one, its like customers who come rushing our saying a big mark has been left on window before they check inside so you go back and check window and marks are on inside doh

Only been at it just over a year so I don't really have so

many that I want to drop any, and I haven't developed a ruthless streak yet.

so glad....er...we have a similar incident between neighbours here....i not getting involved...they have a previous incident in the past....next door has a classic car very nice....it got scratched...he accused ze mad greek opposite of doing it with her tree pruner....police called....i hiding..not taking sides...but....the blue car i cant see as having a white under coat...and the mark was white....and i doubt very much the tree pruner ends in white.....but hey ho ...not me i am :iaminnocent:and not getting involved but do think people should just err on the side of caution before diving in accusing people....

bet you felt great on hearing that though danfire....:balloondance:
