I think using customers lecky is a bit unprofessional looking! Purchase a genie and charge an extra tenner

Rome wasn't built in a day, only been going 3 months on the 18th. Is only a gen I need equipment wise. But I do ask customers if it's ok 1st and if that option isn't possible I'll purchase one, but I really need bigger van first as combo is a tad small for my ambitions.

I disagree. If you need electric, you discuss it with the customer when meeting them to quote. Builders use your leccy for their tools, why not us? Plus, the added £'s and space a genny would take up is a no goer for me.
