Dark at 5pm

i,m generally bad starter but I tend to work late it just suites me I work until 5.30pm start 9.am.

but I have to work smart get started before 8.30 finish 4,30..

You are right there duncs.....an oaty based cereal is the best kind of start to the day...keeps you fuller for longer. Much better than weetabix. If I have a bowl of weetabix I am starving by 10.

At 4pm I was dithering about whether to start a detached house with awkward windows. I went for it and got it done....i did manage to break one of their garden solar lamps....trampling on it in my rush to get the job done...oops!.

I have noticed over the past week that people are starting to ask about their christmas cleans...i have a list of promised cleans already.

I have far too much work now, just taking on another 100 houses and hoping to dodge customers asking about end of year cleans, got my sister coming to help me, but not til Jan'15, those houses will pay her wages, hopefully. Those custys seem to be happy with a 6 weekly cycle, so have a bit of leeway.

Two rounds of toast for brekkie. Two sarnies, bag of crisps and a picnic bar got me through. I don't eat much in the day. I have gone all day without touching me lunch pack before now A smoke and a cuppa usually do me /emoticons/smile.png

I don't do brekkie which is my downfall as then am tempted to buy whatever cr ap sanjay is selling in his shop when i get peckish

But i never eat wheat in the morning as it leaves you bloated
