Pro gutter scraper tool

WCF

Help Support WCF:

I like to get value for money.compare this to harris pole if you want to understand what I meant.to get 13 pounds sometime I need to work very hard.

We all have to work hard bud now compare that harris pole price wise to a decent carbon wfp.

What I'm getting at some things a better designed, easier and quicker to use than other products so I'm happy to pay the price.

For instance try a gutter spoon then try a progutter tool and you will know what I'm taking about as both will fit onto the end of a harris pole.

yes I know.I tried both.I would pay 19.99 for pro gutter tolls as they are very handy but still for a bit of plastic it is a lot of money especially when I under price jobs from time to time:p like I mentioned earlier you pay for idea these days..

the gutter spoon is made **** about face and totally useless on a pole. if you heat up the bowl of the spoon and bend it over at right angles it becomes a fairly useful tool

Just ordered the gutter tools from b&q at the weekend. Plus £5 postage makes it £17. for the pair. I wonder if they will stock the other types made soon. Or even the set that's offered elsewhere.

£5 delivery  /emoticons/biggrin.png

If it were me I would not want to sell the other two through B&Q as would be shooting myself in the foot bigtime going by how much Danny can get for a full set through his own website.

Those tools still earn me loads of dosh so I don't understand why anyone is that worried about paying extra for a full set through his website.

It's one thing being able to buy professional tools cheaper but DIY folk still have to risk there necks trying to clear their gutters out. So I would say the few that are sold to jo public will probably never be used anyhow once they try climbing ladders to reach them as they don't have the kit or experience I have to do it safely.

Same goes for alot of window cleaners as roofline work is very dangerous work.

Well bugger me as I've just checked online and it says now they have them in my local store.

Thanks for the heads up

i bought 4 of these , in my local Bn Q at the weekend . look useful enough

Got one( flat bottom one) at my local store they said they only stocked one of them and its only the bigger stores that stock the round one, my instant thought was aye right, your kidding me on:eek:, but thanked the bnq guy kindly:hey:, but managed to get the round one in Perth today, which stocked both, thanks for the link, but thankfully did not have to pay the £5 delivery. Thanks for the headsup Boarcity:thumbsup:.

If I get a chance tomorrow I think I'll pick up a couple of spares. I've got a trade card for thier and its like being royalty- miss all the ques, buy better products cheaper, and get yourself a hot chocolate on the way out.

Note; B&Q is one of my favourite places for a 'no questions asked' dump when away from home.

Do you push or pull their trolleys? Bloody nightmare with a few bags of sand on they are
They don't like it when you ride them. WWWwweeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee /emoticons/biggrin.png

Lol. Do you know what I mean? I'm slowly building up a portfolio of the best bogs in cambridge. The criteria is that I don't need to ask to use it, and preferably I don't need to walk past a bar or shop assistant and feel like I need to explain myself. "Hi, I have no intention of buying anything from you and your establishment, but I am going to blow $**** all over your porcelain, offend all your customers within earshot of the door, and leave you to open the window".

...whereas in B&Q, Wetherspoons, Macdonalds etc. you can just let it all go with no remorse, day in day out.
