How much for this gutter job.

Can't see the point of getting one any more powerful than the one I have, I only ever use it on 2 motors anyway.

But that one can lift 5kg and has carbon poles too which has got to be good surely? /emoticons/biggrin.png

Ive always fancied a formula one racimg car with 4 wheel drive.

Skyvac will lift my busness to new heights!

With skyvac and new sky cam on my side, i will be unstoppable!

:rof:

Im sure it is pretty good, but that guy in the advert takes the biscuit.

One thing I really don't like is the goosenecks, on mine its adjustable and I often use it on varying sizes, that ones fixed /emoticons/sad.png

Up until that point I was almost sold lol.

I like the look of the one that Diwrnach has. Good price and spec.

Good bang per buck by the look of it.

Ive bookmarked the link to that one.

Skyvac has a formidable client list so that chap must be doing something right surely?

It works for me, the aluminium poles can be heavy to get up sometimes, but I'm a big lad so doesn't bother me much, if weight is an issue though they do, do carbon poles as well.

Actually, take it back, just looked on the web site and they don't have them anymore that I can see, they used to do carbon though.

Probably stop selling them as the were not full carbon and kept breaking/splitting maybe?

If the pole are a standard size, could some other lighter weight poles be added to the kit at a later date.

More than likely, I wouldn't bother myself the weight doesn't bother me at all, it only becomes a slight issue if using them at an acute angle.

But I often hear people talking about the weight of things etc so thought I would mention it, my usual way of handling heavy things is, if I find it heavy I use it more and get stronger /emoticons/smile.png

They all seem to do different sizes bud so its just a case of getting the right size cuff for the vac hose to connect to the poles you want to use I suppose.

That job I did today I must admit I struggled and pulled my bloody back again having to keep lifting the pole up and down as had to keep clearing blockages from the bend that would not clear by just turning the vac off. /emoticons/sad.png

I'm defo now going to save up and try some full carbon poles to see if it will make my job any easier.

Yeah if you are struggling with the weight and causing issues then change something /emoticons/smile.png

I have always been a bit of an odd one that I always do things slightly more difficult to make me stronger, so when I ever have a slightly heavier option I go for that.

The banana as CNC likes to call it is the same as I have, and it is a bit on the heavy side, and I am more than happy with it, but it is a bit bendy, would like one a similar weight, but a bit stiffer, besides I find you can use the weight of things to your advantage as well.

When breaking up stuck sods you can use the weight, or when doing dormer windows you can use the poles weight to clean them, don't need to add any pressure, the pole does it for you /emoticons/smile.png
