I'm purely focused on bodyweight now. Dips, pullups, and working towards a 1leg squat at the moment. I used to be able to do 1 arm pushups but I havent dared try since I injured my shoulder a few years back. I'mgoing to workmyway back to that as well as handstand pushups as I miss doing those too.

fairy muff @daveyboy1 just used to get so many ppl confused between the two I was a bigish lump at 17 stone only 5ft9. now look n feel better lighter doing 1 light weights session a week. what fed did you lift for @TolishAPurd ?
Sorry mate I just meant training myself. I never went to any meets or anything. I'm a chunky lad now due to a lot of weights over the years and eating, but I'm naturally lanky, so my bone structure isnt suited to PLing. My biggest bench is about 130kg, Squat 140, DL 175, so I wouldnt even place in the average ladies meet. /emoticons/biggrin.png

Since my injury (years of muaythai, bad benching,posture etc)I have had to play it a lot more careful. Hence the switch to bodyweight, and more reps. What were your lifts to place you second Ash?

Was over 50% deep so was touch and go whether to operate or not

Took 2 years to heal naturally and never been 100% since

That's when i gave up boxing

Lol. Funny enough mate theres a book called convict conditioning which has become my bible. If you havnt read it already, then there is a wonderful place in a bay where you can obtain it from./emoticons/wink.png

 
I am 6 ft 2 and weighed 14.5 stone when i was at my peak..puts me in heavyweight class for boxing

Now i wobble between 15 and 16 stone

Need to up the excercise a bit

Oucho mate. Rotators a *****. DO you still do any rehab on it? I don't do any but I think I should get back into that.

 
No more rehab but still suffer after a full day squeegeeing or drivinģ

Was it your rotator??

It was the front of mine the 1st of the 4 muscles from front to back

This is the guy with a huge gutter vac, a full WFP setup, commercial pressure washer pumping out 1million gpm at 10million psi. ... And you use a grill.o_O

I have a dicky heart so can't really go for low reps and max lifts, and only been lifting about a year, but can squat about 160, bench 120 ish, not sure on deadlift as I do straight leg dead lift at the moment.

Though had to quit for awhile, shattered my knee cap years ago and never went to docs, its healed bad and one of the pads is detatched, its more or less bone on bone now /emoticons/sad.png

 
I have never noted how much i can lift

Always varied

If i walked.out the gym feeling like i was gonna throw up i knew I'd had a good session

 
I only ever maxed once and that was only on squat about 3 months ago, though it was actually following a leg day anyway, but that was 160kg, to be fair though it took me way to many lifts to find out the max anyway, sure I could do more.

Mates came round, started talking about lifting and how much we can lift and ended up in my gym lol.

I can't max out really just because of my heart.

 
Now the mrs is asleep on the sofa and cant't see what I type, I got a new job the other day for a women in her early 20's, who answered the door in the smallest hot pants you have ever seen, and a tiny boob tube, and I am not joking when I say she could have been Cameron Diaz, she was the absolute spitting image, could easily be a double for her, it wasn't though as its a small 2 bed council house.

She then paraded about in those skimpy clothes the whole time I was cleaning windows......

I have changed to WFP since I last cleaned her house /emoticons/sad.png might trad that one..........
