Help Support WCF:

WFP is defo a no-brainer for me but you will come across one or two oddballs that don't like their windows left wet not matter how many times you tell them how the system works.

And if you are dealing with an unwell person that say has dementia you have no chance as they have forgotten what you have said.

they think you have just wet them , but not dried off. they must think you are pulling a fast one. i tell them it will take around about an hour to dry off, any problems to phone me , i pray they dont. so far so good:D

i will gradually do my customers ground floor windows , a few at a time. highlighting that there frames will be getting a better clean,

if they think they are getting an extra service it will keep them happy

Lost one job due to using WFP, though to be fair I wouldn't want it trad anyway, was a school house, loads of windows, all Georgian, some of the seals must have gone and she got some leaking onto the sill inside and didn't like it.

Didnt ya fancy squeegeing and scrimming that lot then??:laugh: its her fault for not having sealed windows..

Should have offered to fix them for her. Cowboy job

Put it this way you can set yourself a goal to earn say £20 per hour so price jobs up accordingly. Or you can forget about what you want to earn an hour altogether and price jobs up what you think they are really worth to yourself to make it worth your while including all overheads./emoticons/wink.png

So when you say you can't justify your hourly rate as its a wee bit steep, how steep is steep?

Depends what type of job your doing but going by pricing up jobs what they are really worth you can easily earn 100 + an hour if you want to.
