WCF

Help Support WCF:

That's it blame the wife as you do but more like was done when you were playing in them bushes:D

That's mad, I did a quote for a big house the other day and the Scottish lady answered the door on crutches, had broken her leg.... playing netball!

I always thought it was a no contact game?

Hope it heals quick for you, at least you are WFP so don't have to worry about up and down a ladder.

nope its from me airy ars.e....ooops...time for a trim...now that is hard work...
Ask wifey to do it for yea cnc.... After 30years marriage its all about trust...lol...:mask:

Netball is a non contact sport, the silly cow tripped me over haha...

I don't this Monday night, got up Tuesday morning and could not even walk, got mummy round to strap it for me, put my winter boots on and worked.....yes I wouked, only earnt £120, but its better than a kick in the ankle...:thumbsup:

Got my worker to work rest of the week, so brought a book on my kindle and rested my poorly foot haha, As for the nail varnish, I never wear it normally, only there cos I had a spa day a week ago....with a pedicure...Im a w/c not very lady like hey?? (and I drink pints of cider haha)

As for the book, its similar to 50 shades of grey, so all good in the hood. /emoticons/tongue.png:p

hey you earned my weekly wage in a day....i just wish i was joking....

my wife was told .....your supposed to run towards the ball not away from it.....

anyway hope you get better soon and ....ice does help.../emoticons/biggrin.png

Used to injure myself all the time playing football, american football and rugby

Best thing is contrast in temperature

Hot wheat bag for 20 minutes then ice for 20 and repeat

Gets the blood circulating to help healing

My wife is a cider girl as well, when I met her she had been living in new Zealand for the last year and could out drink me

Yeah, I put my little finger bone through the finger after scoring in rugby and someone skidding their studs over it, then once that was healed broke my collar bone doing a similar thing but on the bloody upright bar lol.

I love a cider

As my profile says never underestimate the power of fermented apples

I played rugby with a lightweight plastic cast on my broken wrist from playing rugby
