Looks a pile of pony......good job kids are off....I know rain has been a regular debate but if it's in all day I find it

Demoralising.....don't mind dodging odd shower but that's all

I take it you don't recall the wettest year since records began then.

Now that was a year to remember...when was that again as I've forgot /emoticons/biggrin.png

****** myself......we've all got one of them....which reminds me I ain't heard from my local loony who every time he sees me asks when I'm next due £7 six monthly easy as folk but he escorts you round with the whole world on his shoulders, and I've already done a look see before I start.....and then he appears.........

oh I got it so easy the other day as the vicar phoned me and he asked me when and said dont come before 12 as I am at a coffee morning....guess when I went...

and it used to be eight but that is way too low so now put it to a tenner

.he used to give me the two pound as a tip and I would say I will give it to my mother to put in the church pot....and so this time he just says oh I used to give you two pounds for your mother and he scrambled around in his pocket to find me something to give..I did feel a bit guilty but still I got an extra pound for the church of course its for me really.../emoticons/biggrin.png

oh it was so good to do it without him following me around..

hes a very nice vicar though....

looks like I will be putting back on me wet gear for the next day or two.

Yep weather looks like a wipeout, 30mph gusts and raining, where Id be going, another day off, boo hoo.

On the bright side though I was at Daqua today, absolutely fantastic, as he has moved, where, to about a mile away from me:). I had ordered resin a couple of days ago and didnt notice the change of address on website, just moved. Dougs wife had delivered it to the door and told my wife I could have saved myself delivery charge:(. Bought gardiners flocked brush and med mix sill brush, so thats the weekly takings gone. Flocked brush gives you a nice side shed:rolleyes:

Spoke to another wfp, he uses Facelift pole hose and never had a kinking issue. My hose was good after stretching it for half a day, then has kinked up again, despite disconnecting, so may try it. Anyone use it? its black so not good for high viz.

******* it down here in Derbyshire , its coming down so heavy I won't even bother canvassing if it carries on /emoticons/sad.png

Yep same here......2 days worked ....2 days lost so far this week, forecast for tomorrow not looking good either

No not yet tay......nearest I ve got so far this year was last week 4 and a quarter days, had a great Mon to Thurs then got rained off at around 11 o clock Friday. It just seems to be dragging out more than it as other years.....definitely going to put money away this year to cover all of Jan next year......mind you I say that every year......lol
