For more information simply call our sale team on 01902 637402

This system listed is a DIY 350l Water fed pole kit and will include the following:

. 350l Baffled water tank: height 750mm, width 520mm, length 990mm

. 11l DI vessel with hoselock fittings

. 25l Bag of Tulsion DI Mixed bed resin

. Metal Hose reel complete with 8mm minibore hose and tap

. Varistream Pump controller

. Shurflo 100psi 5.2lpm pump

. Handheld TDS meter

. Valves and Fittings

. 17ft Unger water fed pole with brush head and fittings

First of all, do you know your tap TDS reading? That will determine whether you need just a DI vessel to make your pure or an RO.

Do you have a van and how much payload has it got? Get the biggest tank your vehicle will allow including all your other tools.

If you can afford a full carbon pole, buy one instead of the cheapo ones they sell in your link.

After you've answered these questions, we can then go forward a little bit more with your other questions.

Hi Tuffers,

I have tested my water today and it's some ware between 80 / 100 not one 100% sure as it's not a digital tester I am waiting for one to be delivered.

I am looking to get a small van properly a fiat so was thinking about a 350lt tank. /emoticons/smile.png

I live in a town house with allocated parking. I can run the hose pipe to the van no problem put I wouldn't be able to leave it out long enough to fill it via a RO that's the reason for going down the DI only route just hopping the running costs are not to high /emoticons/smile.png

andy have you done any ladder work mate

it would be so much easier to do ladders first then go down the WFP road later

cheaper and less hassle

What I'd do is fill your tank with tap water and run it through the DI in the van. Get a second DI to save your resin after the TDS starts to creep up on the first one. Filling the tank with tap water would mean that you could fill it quicker and gives you less chance of someone tripping over the hose going into the van.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I haven't done any ladder work mate but would prefer to get the water feed pole system /emoticons/smile.png just trying to figure out the cost of running the DI with out an RO and figure out what kit to buy I don't won't to wast my money getting the wrong kit /emoticons/smile.png

That's the kit I was looking to buy, but after tuffers suggested to source it all seperate as a bit cheaper plus you can choose a much better pole that's what I'm gonna be doing.

Don't know how much water from the water meter will cost you but resin wise I'd say a bag lasts us a 2 months (2x11ltr vessels worth) roughly 1500ltrs a week prob bit more. And my tds from the tap is 80

That's using just one vessel, using 2 as tuffers said should make last twice as long so I'll also get another vessel.
