Sometimes when I do internals I do. Its a bit tidier then using a bucket.
I find it is quite good for external cleaning as well. When I go up a ladder you only need to take the bottle and a microfiber with you.

I use one inside sometimes but would always squeegee it off rather than microfibre

i have a spray bottle of ubik on my belt nowadays when i am doing new jobs

2 secs to spray and wipe frames but a better job..well easier to get the perfect result i will always do anyway

What can i say...ubik.ubik.ubik...that's 30 quid

If i find something that works well i like to let others know

Ubik! Ha call it a fiver Davey!

Mr B - I have always been fortunate building rounds and have some very compact spots, up to twenty houses in a brief stroll. I used to use an unger sprayer on a belt, part the car and off i'd go. Just use it to wet my applicator and carry on.

I think it's handy of you have plenty windows to do in one spot but I must say I found the trigger mechanism a bit weak. Broke two already.

To be fair we use sprayer for inside work too with Unger pads and applicator. This combined with pure water always seem to give us good results.

Yes I found their triggers to be poor quality. I think, if you clean windows that way with a trigger spray you need to use something that will last.

Mr. Bungalow. I used the Unger sprayer on a belt for a while. I would spray the window and do the rest. But. Messing about with things one day l came across a decent bottle with a great little nozzle on it. In Asda they have a product called spray and mop. It's there own brand. Once all your floors have been cleaned, wash it out and fill with water and some Ecover. your get a good consistency and works well. I top up at Taps etc. I have a small bottle of neat Ecover just in case. The only time I use a bucket is from May to August on hot days because a lot more water is needed.

Hi,
Do any window cleaners use a bottle and trigger spray to clean customers windows with?
I use a spray all the time, haven't taken a bucket with in years, so much easier. I have got an Unger 'Bottle on a belt', but I found it kack-handed, so I make my own now.
