liquidator...

Help Support WCF:

OK..............I lied again! What will mother say? I know I said it was my last word on the topic but..............................
I have just been browsing bits on WCW and noted at the bottom that to add insult to injury the 'Free Delivery' minimum order has now gone up to £55. Have they tacked on a fiver to cover carriage?
No, they knew you were about to spend fifty quid

I have had a chance to check up on my liquidator order and turns out i did not order from Stephen at WCW, the order went to one of his competitors, so I do apologize for besmirching them on that on, however I do stand by my other comments on their 'short orders' and poor quality of customer service which is perhaps why I placed this order elsewhere. My apologies again.
That's a relief Green, we phoned all those who ordered to make sure they knew the situation. Was concerned when you said you never received a call, not ordering would explain it. Hope you received your Liquidator from our competitors in time!/emoticons/wink.png

QUOTEI bought my last Wednesday(it did not say that it was out of stock). Still no sign of my liquidator.I got phone call that my other things will be delivered. They delivered to my neighbor(never asked for that, that happened also with my first order last year) and because he does not like me he decided to open my parcel, check what is inside and leave outside my door without telling me.I phoned WCW and they said that they have a right address and they will find out why it was delivered earlier to my neighbor and let me know why and redeliver to my address-they did not!it looks like I will be the last to use liquidator...I intended to buy another unger straight handle as it is very good and few more liquidator rubbers from them but I think I will try cleaning spot.I would have bought my gear from cleaning spot in the first place if I had known that it was not in stock.I will pm @Stephen Fox and ask him and let you know how they will handle this. From now on I charge customers upfront and tell them that unless I will not mess up and do neighbor windows I can clean their windows in 10 days time as I do not have washing-up liquid and clean cloths in stock:eek:/emoticons/biggrin.png
Radoslaw, did you receive a call today? I have been out of the office, I know one of our guys has been trying to contact you with this courier issue.

This is my biggest gripe with your company Stephen, the only person that seems to ever be in the office is the girl that answers the phone to say there is no one in the office.

I'm no retail expert, but perhaps someone that can answer questions during hours window cleaners are likely to call? Say 8am - 5pm perhaps?

You could afford it by getting rid of the girl that cant answer any questions and use her wage to pay a man that can. Only one reason anyone keeps a woman around a business that doesn't seem to know anything about the business.

Just a suggestion.

Green, we've got 4-6 girls/guys on the phones most of the time who are pretty good with most things. Had a spat of pregnancies, illness and trade shows in the last month or so left us thin on the ground. Got a new hire starting tomorrow, taken on 3 new staff this year so far to trying to keep up.

I understand all that, but at the end of the day how is that my problem? Diid I get them pregnant? Doubt that very much, doubt I got them sick either as too far away, and as for the trade show, well I understand a presence is required but you didn't sell me anything whilst you were there. Had someone that knows what they're talking about been there you might have well gotten the order for the heater but not this time.

I aint saying I will not use you again, but please, lose the excuses and just solve the problem, your staffing issues are not my concern, your girls being pregnant doesn't get my customers windows clean, hence doesn't put food on my family plate.

(Congratulations to your girls anyhow)

Really, honestly, the only person to blame is myself for not planning my stock requirements six months in advance I suppose.

I'm not throwing the boot in Stephen, but if you're hiring soon, try and find someone knowledgeable about the stuff being sold. And if they are not, then have them trained up so they are. My lasting impression of your company is that its fine if I know exactly what I need to order, but if there are any questions outside the box then I'm better off calling the other shop. The sort of question I'm talking about are the ones where the member of staff can just go and grab the item off the shelf, to see if its compatible with the other product. And fwiw, I would still order from you folk, but by the sounds of it things need to tighten up.

I think the issue for some is They have bought something on possibly a next day delivery only to find out item is not in stock .

And as the issue with customer support I can agree on as my boss bought a wfp system and when he recieved it there was parts missing and when he ask to speak to a manager there was now one avaliable.

Ideally we would love to hire real world window cleaners to be on the phone, problem is they earn too much on the tools and don't like sitting at a desk all day! Out of our staff we've got 5 guys who have all been window cleaners with a lot of experience, which I think is more than any of our competitors, but they are in constant demand.

On that note, any one looking for a job with shinning experience in South Wales, we are hiring!

Can't say fairer then that. Good luck on the hiring.

I've got to say that I have dealt with wcw many times & have had no problem at all. My backpack leaked. I got sent another the next day & the old one taken away. Everything I've ordered has been delivered & I've been kept totally up to date on my 2 liquidators I've ordered. It did say pre order when I ordered. Phone call told me it a be dispatched this Friday for delivery Monday. So you have one satisfied customer here Stephen.
