how many brushes do you experienced guys carry with you? how many different types and how long do they tend to last?

do you use the same brush on windows for ages? do they need cleaning at the end of each day?

what different types do you need for different jobs e.g conservatories, gutters/facias, solar panels. garage doors, etc

how many should I buy when I first start out and which ones?

I have 2x dual trim medium mixed, 2x dual trim flocked, 2x medium mixed extreme, 1x hybrid extreme, 2x sill brushes, 1x Tecbuk hybrid and 1x Vikan brick. I will be selling some shortly along with an SLX-22.

EDIT: 1x Tecbuk full boars hair

3 x brushes. All the same - medium sill brushes. Only have 3 cause I had 3 poles.

Extreme brushes go out of shape quite quickly. I tend to flick my fingers over the brush when I see stuff stuck in it. I also like to prune my brush to tidy it up now and again /emoticons/smile.png

1 tecbuk hibrid

1 tecbuk black

1 superlite medium mixed

1 gardner sill red stiff

1 super lite semy flocked

Couldn't be bothered changing heads all the time. Medium mixed for everything

its hard trial & error really mate cos people seem to have different experiences, i have been using a gardiners extreme on both my poles for over 2 years now, they were both 2nd hand & neither of them look as if they're gonna need changing any time soon.

i have gardiners dual trim sill & stiff sill brushes but i very rarely use them anymore
