Strange reading conflicting views on this site and another forum. Nearly all on the other forum don't like it and no one seems to like the rubber either as they are saying it drags.
id think that possibly false info - the defective rubber scenario- this scare could be being "announced" by rivals using fake profiles. it never drags if anythin its a glider

iv been buying moer soft rubber over 3 yrs, in bulk packs . iv not had a single faulty rubber in all that time ,and i just bought 2 fresh packs of it last week [42 inchers] and thats okay too

Yet it is a good price14" applicator handle and sleeve for 8 quid all in..very nice price

Anyone else tried the blue microfibre sleeve yet
The sleeves lovely for soaping up on a regular clean, froths it up nicely. But as I found today, its rubbish on a first clean. I forgot the porky this morning and I really missed it. Another negative is that its so thick that the boab squeezes the soap onto your leg when you put it back in. Nice to have the scrubber pad on the end though, I really miss that with the porky.

Bit of a feeding frenzy on Wagga's forum which was just starting to settle and become balanced...then Willie got snippy about Midnight last night 'Oz' time...sigh... On another note on the WCR forum in the US the thread reads very similar to here. From what I can see those that practice, experiment with technique and do the one very minor mod with the clips are getting excellent results...

Some of us like to try different things Eric

Others like to moan rather than try to find a solution or different way of doing things

I think the liquidators are great but even if they didn't work Bob has tried to make a difference and i would respect him for that more than someone moaning about them and not doing anything

For me it is all about making myself better all the time

Hence i am the best tradder in the west lol

But here's the issue Eric, as far as I can gather.

This is a long awaited product that has had massive amounts of guerrilla marketing through forums and social media. Supposed to be revolutionizing the traditional window cleaners day.

It would appear it has not, it would appear it is flawed, it would appear that you still need to 'modify' the clips to make it work 'right'

Even though the mod is simply crimping the ends a little why should you have to? Why can the product not come off the shelf ready to use?

According to an earlier post today by Davey, Moerman have not headed Bobs advice on the end result, so why did they bother to talk and develop the product in the first place.

There will be those that say 'at £7 what's the issue?' but in my opinion the cost is irrelevant, if you're buying a tool to do a job, it should do the job without having to buy more tools to modify it.

I haven't even unwrapped mine yet, but I think if they are flawed then Moerman need to sort it this weekend and have a recall exchange to show some good will and keep the windies happy.

All just an opinion though.

Keep talking like that and I'm gonna have to come down there and put those unfounded, nonsensical, highly doubtful rumors to rest! /emoticons/tongue.png

I will throw down with me brass channel won't even break out the Liquidator! /emoticons/tongue.png:p:p

On the other hand Unger and others have been producing sgueegees for ages that have to modified to work as well,so there is no one magic solution for us window cleaners

Green is your brass channel modified? ?

I will challenge anyone on here with my own modded channels..may not win but i will challenge lol

(I will win though)

I am not knocking it at all . It is just things that like is been put on here we needed to pinch the ends as wasn't manufactured too spec . And not gone with bob and Co info

My concern is after a week my rubber is about had it like you dave . It is like it has been dragged across brick work on the edges

I have both modded and un-modded,

You can even choose my channel out of my stash for me! /emoticons/smile.png)

Just remember, you can not defeat me Davey, strike me down and I will become more powerful that you can possibly imagine! :ninja:
