Windows get cleaned and custys pay..nae bother

Looks like friday is going to be no go for me as its forecast to pee it down most of the day.....dont fancy car sitting on a good friday. I will do a full saturday then have a leisurely, beer induced sunday and monday!

I'm having a leisurely kebab induced evening tonight

Was supposed to be going for a run but i keep getting sciatica through my butt and down both legs to my ankles nearly..never had it before but had it on and off all week

Oh dear sciatica, I've had that on and off for few years now, found an heat lamp helps when really bad

Slipped a disc in 2000 and had problems for ages

Built up my core in the gym and no problems since

Reckon I've done something in my lower back as that is what usually causes it

While out cleaning today I picked up a £35 8 weekly and a £20 8 weekly. The woman from the £20 job is unhappy that the trad guy 'can't' reach 3 windows. She phoned me up a couple of weeks ago and asked if I could clean just 3 windows that her windy couldn't reach. I said I'd have a look when I was in the area. I went today and cleaned the 3 windows and then she asks me for a price for the whole house. As it happens I was £6 more, but she gets 3 more windows cleaned. She's well happy!
