An energy tablet? Does it contain riboflavin? Don't worry, it's just doing its job.
Try natures way alive liquid or tangy tangerine.
dont know what I was drinking the other night but it stopped me being able to read..

I glanced at the contents again today and riboflavin is the third one down..vit b2...so I humbly apologize for not engaging my brain..

thanks for the advice I will try the other you state I am always on the lookout for stuff to try..and to be honest its knowing which is good stuff and which is :turd: on fleabay...

I ALWAYS go off its effect on me it either does something or it doesnt...and I do think I have a bit of an increase in general energy levels so I think I will re order the now energy tabs again..

ours is a physical job and your body does need help and I believe there are so many things available out there that I dont want to miss out....

I was actually after cq 10 but found it very expensive and the now energy does have some in .

but thankS

hey cheapncherful, just remember tangy tangerine is pretty expensive, so is alive liquid, but alive is cheaper.

But also remember that most of the stuff in both of those products is soluble in water. and that's the most important thing. A lot of these other suppliments are soluble only in stomach acid. It's much more efficient to use stuff that's already soluble in water.

Also, I wouldn't take as much as they state on the bottle/tin. Like half a scoop of tangy per day or half a capful of alive liquid. Also, drink it on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. This is not just economic but also simple efficiency. You want this stuff to go directly through the wall of the stomach, not soak into fibre in the intestine ('cos in the worse case scenario, you could just poo it out)

ta for that I will get on flea bay and get some ordered now...not really worried too much about the expence as you only get what you pay for..and its no good taking :turd:

yep I never take what they say on the tin as its in their interests to get you back for more...

I am not too ocd about any particular thing but I like to try different stuff and see what it does to me..

that kick ass freshly ground black as soot coffee is sure good to get me going.../emoticons/biggrin.png

for a while I did have energy drinks in the car for when I flag so I may well take some with me..not had a bad day for energy for a while as some days I used to hardly be able to walk at times..although...not eating is probably not a good idea...

thanks again for that...off shopping now.

Energy drinks are very bad

Basically sugar and caffeine

The amount of taurine (which comes from bulls balls if not synthesised)and ginseng is minimal

Just enough to be able to state it in the

Ingredients

Sugar free just has artificial sweetners which are even worse for you

and not so cheap for what they are..

the wife was moaning cause she tried lucozade energy drink and it had no effect..

sugar is sure a bad thing...

And you actually get a comedown from sugar and caffeine

Might as well just stick some columbian marching powder up your nose lol

Truth.

When I used to be employed, a lot of people I've worked with are basically drug addicts, ie coffee drinkers and smokers. All they want to do all day is crack on as fast as possible, then stop for 15 minutes and do their caffeine and nicotine, then crack on like billy-o again, repeat all day long. They won't do any more work than me, but they convince themselves they do just so the addiction can continue.

Only issue is, they want you to stop with them, then compensate for it after too. All I want to do is work steadily and pace myself with no stimulants.

Oh also, I should emphasize the stuff I'm talking about in earlier posts are supplements for health etc, not really 'energy' boosters as such

1 litre bottle of asda eco stuff and 200 ml of flash

Tried to buy the Asda Eco bottle in a rare trip down to Asda but they had run out /emoticons/sad.png .....they didn't have any Eco liquids so this will have to wait till next time.

Love Asda prices but the one near me seems to have shoppers who look a bit radioactive o_O

Lol, thats just reminded me of when I worked in a factory. I used to get on very well with a polish girl there and she would teach me polish. She taught me loads of words and phrases but in particular she taught me how to sing this kiddys song...

Wlazł kotek na płotek i mruga,

i mruga,

ładna to piosenka niedługa,

niedługa.

Nie długa, nie krótka, lecz w sam raz,

lecz w sam raz.

Zaspiewaj koteczku jeszcze raz,

jeszcze raz.

I can still sing it to this day. Always gets a chuckle when a 6'1 17st bloke with a deep voice is singing about a little duck or kitten or whatever it is. /emoticons/biggrin.png

English translation

Three Blind Mice and winks, and winks, pretty but not a long song, not a long. Not long, not short, but at the same time, but at the same time. Sing Up, Tiger Lily again again

Cheers mate. I always did wonder. Wasnt sure if shed stitched me up and I've been singing about my favourite 12inch butt plug or something all this time.

I once got a guy in trouble on the olympics contract

I wrote on the whiteboard for the lorries and bay numbers "jestem snudzony mam p45 proszę"

I'm bored can i have my p45 please

Didn't go down too well when the polish team leader translated it for the boss who then immediately had a pop at the guy working with me as it would be me or him who did it and he was polish

Was funny
