Do u guys window clean in the rain?random question I know lol

WCF

Help Support WCF:

It depends on a few factors.

Is it windy?

Is it really heavy?

Is the customer home?

If the answer is no to the above,...then yes. /emoticons/wink.png

It doesn't tend to rain all day when it rains anyway, so usually you can wait it out. If not just do the ones you know are out and make off like a bandit /emoticons/smile.png WFP doesn't really make a difference anyway. I only stop if its chucking it down or I feel cold, or tired, or hung over..............

er according to mr weatherman....its supposed to stop about now and I am off to work....lets hope hes right as Im going anyway....if hes wrong yet again ...I shall sulk later.../emoticons/biggrin.png

first port of call a new job who should not be in till 12.30 so the plan is...wfp and come back at 12.25....hand out for money:rofl:

I dont clean them if its lashing down like it is at the moment particularly if the rain is hitting the glass.

Its supposed to clear about 2pm here.....debating whether its worth going out at that time, particularly as there is a chance of further showers after 2. Also my second customers this afternoon always expect me to sit down with them for tea and cakes. It lasts about 40 minutes...cant get away!

nice idea, always enjoy the job much more when no one is in, if it was up to me they would all be out and all pay online the less contact the better imo

Tell me about it, What I wouldn't give to have 400-500 silent benefactors paying money in my account, that I never have to utter a word to. (except xmas when I come looking for my tip):turd:

very much so alex, i like to get my head down, graft, get my money and go, i dont want disruptions, the not today ers and the can you call back laters, let me smash off my jobs and get home

Raining on and off here in Romford. Had to Postponed my 10 first timers till Wednesday. Looks like I'm going shopping with the other Half for :turd: we don't need!

I had this customer tell me not to clean her windows because SHE was tired. You have to love people.

rained all morn, now its sunny, problem is im doing a 2-8 shift at work so no point going out now, time i get there itll be time to come back, good job i only have 10 custies this week roll on next week looks **** all week according to weather man

Bin the custie or the missus? lol

Yeah I told her on the spot that I won't be coming back, because I'm too busy with reliable customers. You can't let these people walk all over you.

I had a great job today, a 7 bed house inside and out plus the conny roof, did it in the rain as she was so desperate for it to be done, wfp outside so rain didn't effect it, and the conny roof was actually easier in the rain, then dried off while doing the insides and that's me done for the day!

Nice when there's a big job that can be done in the rain! Just a shame there's not many of them!

All jobs can be done in the rain

Just some custys won't accept your word for it

I only went home cos i couldn't see due to the water running down my face and my shorts were so heavy with water they started falling down

Not clever while tile walking

Of course, but that's what I mean, most customers just won't let you clean in the rain, this one today did

I did a few this morning and just left my card to say they've been done

When they see the good job once home they don't mention the rain

Just pay into my paypal account

Sunny now so off to do 1 last job

Detached georgian jobbie in the next village

I did my 'haunted' house in the rain this morning, but the wind is high now and I don't like getting my pole out in the wind. It splashes everywhere. /emoticons/wink.png
