Help Support WCF:

My moerman one has a little wobble boar but doesn't rotate

I am talking under a mil but i can feel it move

iv often meant to get one of those cool but daft View attachment 6752 unger tbars that unscrews so you can carry it in a pocket.
Yep....Unger must've thought window cleaner were numptys

The idea was that you could buy extra scew-on ends in different lengths so you could have different sized applicators from one handle ......

now here's the best bit ........If I remember right :eek:ldy:.......

It would've cost you more £'s buying the extension pieces to have 3 different sized applicators this way, than buying 3 complete and separate sized applicators ....

I've totally gone off so called 'ergonomic' handles. Ones like the ettore above that are all curved have never fitted well in my hand. Even dumbbells at the gym are the same now, but I prefer a straight handle any day.

my porkys elastic broke and is worn so wile waiting on the mrs to sew it as i like to get my moneys worth:rolleyes: got out my monsoon to use

well long story short got home and gave my well worn porky a state funeral r.i.p

have a new porky and will see how this battle of the sleeves goes next week

At least it's got water channels (groves) in it to hold more water I suppose.
I wonder how much they spent developing a screw on version and more to the point what clown thought it was a good idea
If I'm being picky. I'm not even sure I like the whole 'water well' concept. The water just tends to pour out at the wrong time. Quite good for shop fronts but a pain in the **** for normal domestic IMO. A good sleeve should be able to hold all the water you need for normal domestic stuff. I would love to design some gear one day, I've got a few ideas I know would take off.

The screw thing is an absolute joke. Shows a total lack of practical experience. No one in this game is going to mess about screwing those together when they can just pull a fixed on out of the box, with the applicator already on it. Someone at unger needs their collar felt.

Unger Swivel TBar ... Screw adjusted so bar swivels comfortably. My fav TBar for over 5 years until I moved onto Wags. Still comes in very handy on initial or construction cleans ...
Eric, when this is screwed down tight, is it completely locked? Like, totally solid? I press very hard sometimes.

I tried a ninja tbar, and was very disappointed not being able to lock it, even when tightened up as much as I possibly could (for example, I got unwanted swivel when I knocked the excess water off from a dip in the bucket, or when I pressed it hard against a window)

Check the attached photo. You can screw down tight and then combine with the locking pin in any one of seven positions (I rarely used the lock but it is there). As I said I used this one exclusively for over 5 years and nothing broke. Like most of the green Unger gear, really durable...

blumming heck, I've just ordered a liquidator after you said it was good lol
It is good!

Just sometimes grips the seals when dive bombing, it's not a biggy though don't worry

I was the same with a ninja T bar i stopped using it after a day, it's maybe ok for pole work but not much else, it folds when shaking water off and fold when using the abrasive pad to wipe sh_t off the window, all my ninja gear is for sale now, think my cousin is going to buy it
