Is it safe/suitable to store and use an RO system in an outhouse outdoors even in winter or should it be kept inside? I currently move mine from house to where the outside tap is but a right ball ache as ways a ton, the outhouse is right next to the tap but imagine very cold in there etc is it ok or should I keep inside???

I have a 20" Hf4 950gpd system from pure freedom

please advise, thanks once more

Well all you need to do is look at a suitable place to locate it inside the outhouse and look at various options to protect it from frost.

The obvious option is to install a decent heater in the outhouse that you can plug in when needed. Most will come with a frost protect option that you can set to come on when the temp drops down.

Alternatively you can build and insulated box to put it in and add a small heater in it too if you wanted. Then you are not wasting extra energy heating up the whole outhouse if the area is quite large.

I'm also surprised that pf have not designed a special trolley attachment option for it either as would be dead easy for them to make one.
