Just thought I would ask @Jake as I tend to find hot cleans better than cold and adding a boost can be a plus too.

I'm not into gimmicks smutf, just normal pure and elbow grease is my motto, can't be bothered faffing with hot water heaters and vision and all that malark...

I know smurf, I just can't be bothered with it all... I was brought up to crack on and not faff lol

Myself I do like to try out stuff that’s going to make my job easier and quicker to do. I would say hot definitely works better on filthy jobs so you might like to try it one day./emoticons/wink.png

Can't be bothered with the hot water system

I've often thought about approaching them but I've gone off the commercial stuff. I think a building like that is just better suited by WFP anyway.
I see, why you gone off it?

I just like the simplicity of domestic work tbh, its the main reason I added window cleaning to my handyman business- best move I ever made as it has given me a solid stream of income every month. My focus now is on building a solid round., and just like you describe, businesses can be tight, even rich ones like porsche. I'd rather businesses like that contact me, I can then put in a high quote, and if they take it great, but if they don't I'll just carry on with the work I have.

Yeah I've only recently started doing commercial stuff, and I'm really enjoying it, it's a nice chunk of money rather than drips and drabs, 90% of my work is residential, I'd like more commercial...

I don't blame you mate, and WFP is perfect for commercial, in fact I would go so far to say its almost essential. Most of my handyman work is full day/half day/weeks worth of work but if I didnt have that then I would definitely go for bigger cleaning jobs as its always better to get money in bigger lumps.
