How much is making pure costing you?

Sorry I still can't see how you say you only use around 1500 litres a month as you are predominately a wfp window cleaner. Something don't quite add up to me.
Why not smurf?

I have a 750l tank, and I only do around 10 houses a day, of which at least 3 are done trad..

750 litres usually lasts me 2 weeks, I keep saying, the one shot saves me a LOT of water

That's last job you posted on , you would of used 800 litres , that was after 6pm /emoticons/tongue.png
What job natty? If your taking about Porsche, only used about 300 litres /emoticons/tongue.png

Pressure washed half of it, and only needed to get bird splats off silver fascias then just the windows...

I buy my pure as well! no faffing with everything:mad:, just fill up & off I go!:thumbsup:

Very Good deal!!

My supplier is a top guy too, been a very helpful bloke to me with all sorts of info on our trade, wouldn't change how easy it is for me to fill up.

Who's in Kent??/emoticons/smile.png

I think you have to way up the pro's and con's buying in water as is down to a number of factors I suppose.

Might be worth considering if:

you live in a very hard water area

you are on a water meter

you live in a flat etc

you don't use alot of pure.

you can get it really cheap

you don't have to travel very far to fill the van tank.

i just check water works kent its 27.00 for 650 litre /emoticons/ohmy.png how much water do u use @lou and that def wouldn be gd for me lol as my cost per year would be around 360

poor hunty....I moan about taking my four 25 l and backpack about twenty five feet to the car...wont moan any more after hearing what you do...legend..
are you sure you cant trail a bloody long hose downstairs..just joking..
I really wish I also have me backpack full on one of those trips as well !! I am in East London so as soon as I can justify putting a van mount in I will be buying water, a place in Dartford Kent good value and its the hassle not just cost that comes with making own, my ppm keeps creeping from RO I have had enough of making my own and breaking me back tbh, still keeps me out the house so mustn't grumble!!

At 3000 litres per week usage would cost buying in water at that rate peter £125 per week not including time and fuel going to collect it

how is it hassle lol u hook a hose up and go back late and tank is full pretty simple as long u flush ur membrane once a week and change filters 4 times a year

wat do people want for custies to jus give money ... its ur job and if u think its hassle o filter water get ur ladder out and go to the trad side lol

Oops bud ,the office block you posted about before that one:whistle:

Think you need to by a one shot pete as think how much water you could save. /emoticons/biggrin.png

Not only that I assume the wfp battery would last longer as it's not constanlly pulling amps even when you turn a tap off on yer poll or whatever you use.

Again that was only about 400 litres perhaps even less, and that's not regular work remember, only 6 monthly

Exactly smurf, you may be patronising (I can't tell from writing) but it is absolutly amazing. Saves so much water and wear and tear on the pump, as it's never ever under stress

Patronising me never

Now that's something I'm going to have to get you relise that now. However my missus has put a stop to my speending anymore money on gear for a while as apparently more money is going out than coming in. Still that don't stop her spending it on herself though /emoticons/biggrin.png

You won't regret it, it's the best bit of kit I ever got for window cleaning
