Just a few questions on how to get pure water on site. My van can only hold a 250 litre tank so if i ran out of water would i be able to just fill up the tank with a normal hose or what is the procedure? Been meaning to get the system for a while but i've just got a few unanswered questions

The barrels full of water would be extra weight so that wouldn't really be practical i would be better getting a bigger tank but the max payload is 595kg so a 250 litre tank is recommended. Sorry i originally thought you meant use a backpack i didn't read it properly lol

You might have to carry a couple of di vessel s in your van , make a note of places you could fill up around your round . Get permission from the owners , park up and fill up ,

(I'm think you could get away with a bigger tank though )

You don't need two DI vesselsOne is fine - I top up every day as we run out by mid afternoon
True - the second is just an option as a pre-filter which in my case saves a few extra pennies as I'm in a relatively hard water area.....250ppm /emoticons/sad.png

Pop x2 11 Litre DI Vessels in and I'll find a thread which talks about best ways of doing this. I've just converted over and it is AMAZING!
Do you find you get more work done than doing it trad? Not to mention it must be a lot easier

Yeah that's pretty high - I have a big 22L vessel at home as pre filter - then 11L permanent in van - got RO sat in garage but don't need it as my tap reads 100

What is the difference between one and two? I see a lot of people seem to use two
It's so if your resin goes above zero u can still use it ( to get water down near zero - then second resin totally pure ) I have used water of a pretty high reading when I could not be arsed changing it and windows seemed fine -bit risky tho !
