Had a bad experience yesterday was cleaning a very nice old guys window and the led from the glass has come loose and is hanging in the air. It's only a bungalow was using my new pole with sill brush. Sill brush seems a lot stronger than my old brush don't no what to do?

Anyone else had this happen to them I've done it before on an old custy but they never noticed as I sorted of covered it up but this time it's dangling away from the glass so owned up to it straight away. The guy is very understanding and said well it must of been coming loose so it's not your fault but he's a really nice guy and feel guilty

Hot weather can make them come away too being old so like he says it's not really your fault

Yes and I just pressed it back on and held ok. Now I go very careful doing that pane and avoid that bit

I have pulled them off using a balled up microfibre in the past..time to get the superglue out

yeh dont forget...it was like that before you started..that last bloody windy called frank..

I have quite a few but just push them back into position every time after I have cleaned them.

Its not your fault as it just happens sooner or later but you do have to be careful that in going over the loose lead the lead doesnt scratch the window.

If anyone said anything to me I would just say they can get new stick on lead off ebay.

sometimes I will get peeded off and twist it to snap it off before it goes worse and you can get away with this sometimes if its on the inside too so the custy cant really notice it.

used to take it home to hold my tropical fish tank weed down..

Have a look in my random essentials thread Vinny, you'll notice I have glue on the list for occasions just like this. Super glue is perfect for this.
