Customers per day

@Scottie

Tomorrow I will clean 2 properties. The biggest day this week is only 6 properties.

Remember not all houses are the same size. Don't worry about what others are doing, just ensure you are earning an amount you are happy with.

mate i tend to do 10-12 hour days to squeeze 30 odd in and also somedays isnt as much as there bigger houses etc

i have one spot wherei can clear 17 hours in 3 hours as there all next door to each other and we concil houses

its not about how much u do its about how much u do rite and how much u bring home

Yes mate thats right. I just do what I can and tbh I can make once I fully am up running 600-700 a week and to me thats good, more than I am used to so am happy. /emoticons/smile.png

Since joining here I see so mnay cleaners doing 20 a day etc. I just can not do that amount, I work hard and fast as I can and do 12-14 a day max, I maybe a little fussy and do the whole window and frames well. I like this amount as I can cope with it and also perform a great job on he house and get amazing feedback all the time, ok I may not get as much as many of the guys on here but to myself its ok money anyhting from £120-£160 a day, I ought this was good but reading here its not so good, but I just can not work any more beyond 12-14 a day the way I work. But still, I am hapy with this so its all good. I dont feel to knackered each day and not over rushed but still a busy day, may be when I compact more as I have not been doing it very long I may be able to do more but then I dont think I want to. Wold love to shadow someone that does 20 a day wfp, baffels me really that many can be done, with travel time, talking, packing up/setting up etc. /emoticons/smile.png
I'm like you Scottie, I take my time and do a proper good job, getting alot faster now than when I started but for me it's all about making them happy and realising why I am perhaps a little more expensive than some others in my area, I think 20 a day is certainley achievable if there close grouped and none are dirty first cleans. My biggest day currently is 14, but 8 of them are on a new 4/5 bed estate and last time I did that day I did it in just short of 4 hours. If you want to shadow anyone join the 86 houses a day chap and his lad, I can't see it myself but would liked to be proved wrong, a good clean on 86 in a day so 43 each is very impressive! I used to be a courier a few years back and just getting 86 parcels off in office hours was hard going nevermind cleaning all there windows by 3pm lol!

I can do about 12 a day, but mine are not that close together, and i do take my time, also by a day i mean about 9-3 flat out dont stop for dinner and rush between jobs, so if i sped up a bit more slap dash and got more compact along with a willingness to work more hours, 20 a day could be possible, but would be knackering.

i do on a full day with regular houses 10-14 and thats enough for me, i dont like to rush (been there done that and only got stress) i do 2 per hour so spend from 6-8 hours aprox fine with me.

Is learning English compulsory in Denmark @Jacob? I take my hat off to you sir. Your English is very good!
thank you tuffers /emoticons/smile.png yes when i went to school we started learning English in 4. grade, but today kids learn it from 2. grade.

we also use quite alot of English Words in over conversations, which is quite ugly some times to be honest (just sound wrong mixed with Danish i think)

There certainly is more to life than money as well, all people do is say 'I'll just be happier with another grand a year' then when they get that grand they say 'I just need another grand to be happy' so on a so forth...

I've always found that there's way more to life than money, and money won't ever make you truly happy, yeah it's nice! But you can't take anything with you...

So I do respect those that do only a few houses but are happy...

Rather be poorer and happy, than rich and miserable,

Having said that it's good to have goals and work hard, but do it for the right reasons and not to buy happiness, as you'll only be disappointed...

Very philosophical tonight!

Your not wrong, I notice the poorer customers are usually friendlier and more generous....

doesnt stop me liking getting paid more in one go though

Id much rather do a few big jobs than loads of small ones..

just thinking this morning about is there any work I dont like but really not so much these days..

you have to train your custys../emoticons/biggrin.png

my fiver from the neighbour has just popped through the door...musnt grumble..

I would agree but then remembered my late 11 start..

but I made it to half four..

its best to pace yourself in this job...

and besides too many peoples knocking about for cheapies liking ...just hope they have all fecked off in the morning.../emoticons/biggrin.png

Theres always too many people about for my liking.

But i can definately see me doing 9-3 eventually, after 3pm is when all kids start coming home and when traffic starts picking up. Before 9 can be as much of a hassle, kids getting ready for school, traffic, too much going on before 9.

My Dream week

Mon-Fri 9-3

30 mins lunch

12 jobs totalling £150 per day, all good customers who pay online, leave gates open and are never in.

minus expenses

£500+ take home per week for 30 hours

Happy days

yep thats the best adamangler

and to top that....my wife goes to work at three...he he he....I DO wave to her honest..

yes had one of them dream jobs today although she was in and so I took my time but I couldnt spot where she was hiding I found out off the cleaner she was in...

and I wanted to wfp most of it but I still try and keep it on the sneaky side....and I heard the dog barking from the last upstairs window and so guessed she was in there...and I guessed right...

so I tradded that one...

I left the velux because they were locked open....great excuse...

and I left the other velux so as not to frighten the dog...always get the excuses ready..

I did glance at them all but the insides are so dirty...

and then the cleaner left and it was time for me to go and get my money...

open back door no one around and thirty quid blowing around on the kitchen worktop...so I left a note. saying thanks but I didnt want to disturb ..

ahhh its great when it goes like that..

not so great at the next one as I correctly surmised they were away yesterday and didnt do it as I was lazy...buggers were back today though...

well they are great but hes a creeper...

as in...he talks and creeps closer and closer til I think Im in for a kiss..

today was okay as the wheelie bin was in the way...

yeh thats all cheapie would get a kiss off an old man...

Without taking into account travel time to each job, getting kit in and out of van ladders moved etc thats 10m:46s per clean flat out for both of you. Even if all next to each other I wouldn't mind shadowing you and your lad for that day to see 86 proper cleans done and ready for the pub by half 3 :speechless:
They are all on one estate so no driving around they all one after the other some are top some are just fronts. All the house have a small bay window at the front with one small window above and on average five small windows at the back. The flats have only four windows. Easy peasy work with a pole.
