John guest factory

Been asked to put in a quote to clean the metal cladding on this john guest factory. Also the guttering and the sofits. I haven't had much experience in commercial cladding cleaning but I did a little patch with just pure and it come off quite easy. Any thoughts on pricing and methods of cleaning? I'm thinking cladding brush with fan jets or maybe tfr,ubik or viro sol pre spray?

Wfp or pressure washing will still be a ball breaking job so charge very well for the hassle or just do a runner
