I've just managed to get some pvc conduit which I think is the same size as Herman's. 3mm thick and 32mm wide. I'm off to Argos to buy a heat gun and experiment a bit View attachment 4801

No end result yet Alien. I don't have the quick loq attachments or the metal clips yet. I was just messing around today to see how easy it was to bend etc. That said, I was using a cheap argos heat gun and it was bending after a minute or so. I'll post again next week when all the other bits have arrived.

Half way there. one side is easy to make but I'm having problems with the other. Can't fit a 32mm piece of conduit into a 25mm gap .View attachment 4911
