I take those prices are for a yearly/ad-hoc in/out deep clean.

I would imagine most have bug screens too like the states?

Yes, most have fly screens to remove, some are fitted on the inside, but most often they are on the outside. Can be a pig to remove at times.

Yeah it's good money over..a lot of 1st cleans to do but when u charge good money you only need to do 2 or 3 a day depending on how big the houses are

Hi squeegeeman ...I price all my work 30 minimum plus per hour ....if your using trad good way to speed up is use a 5 foot pole with applicator attached for groubd floor Windows (have 4 different sizes ) saves alot of time and cleans better ....hip bucket and pockets on belt for sills and dry cloth for edging as just would not work without one .....Gary

3 every 2 hours is very slow wfp so much quicker but more expensive to set up I can do 3 an hour taking my time yes I could have done 3 an hour with ladders but that was a faster rate 3 to 5 houses an hour with wfp and that's frames cleaned as well
