do any of you do it? if so how dyou do it ?

over the years iv seen several give up and iv never approached them and just picked up scraps of their work later by chance .

recently iv gotten wind of a lad whose on the cusp of giving it up after about 1 year at it , hes looking for a job

boar when i first started often asked guys if any spare graft was going

this worked well especially when you have no graft they pass on there hsite

ok its **** work but its cash

also done it myself gave guy some steady work he was over the moon

unfortunatly the wtat canvassed my best graft

he was well told

the guy who is giving up ,when he 1st started last summer i was going to give him work i didnt want, but then he started advertising hed undercut anyone else -so i never bothered

Next person who asks me for a lower price, I'm going to point out I'd go out of business which probably happened to their last guy who did it for too little.

I lowered one on Friday to get it as I do the neighbour, I really wanted to get it. Trying to decide if I should lower the neighbours price now, or if pulled up, point out I do a 25% better job on theirs...

You know all his prices will be too low for you then boarcity
