I'm allowed in here now

I have 2 barely used gardiner backpacks (v3) for sale if your interested in using them? Both have been used once for less than an hour and are only a couple of months old. The first one I couldn't get to charge after I left it outside in the cold overnight after using it and was in a rush for one so bought another. Also have a spare battery for it as I suspect its just that which was damaged by the cold and just needs swapping over but I haven't got around to it. I now have a van mount with 100m hose so don't think I will need them anymore. Selling them as not been able to work much cos of broken arm so could do with the extra few quid and no point them collecting dust. They are basically brand new, but I'll sell them as 1 almost new and 1 for spares (with a spare battery) as a deal if your interested? If not I'll chuck them on the sales board later. I also have a glass fibre unger master pole for sale, never used or even taken outside, which I don't use, I bought it cos it looked cool lol and you have the option to have the hose on the outside of the pole, but I just use my slx for everything so don't need it. Not that you need a pole as you have just got one, which looks great by the way, just putting it out there incase you want two of you on wfp tops (one front, one back) and two on trad? This could complete the set /emoticons/wink.png

How much do you want for the back packs and poles? Obviously if @daveyboy1 doesnt want them? Not trying to jump in on his deal or anything?

thats what i use is a sill brush of vikan its great and makes the sill and frame so much faster but downside is slow to rinse as they very close toegther

I'm sweet for the mo..thanks for asking though

I want to do it all diy

It's just how i am

Build it myself

Understand how it all works

Use decent parts that could if needed be interchangeable with my van set up once i get a van sorted

Diy jobs like that are easy for me as i am that way inclined and would enjoy the experience of doing it

And knowing i did it myself

Won't be a shoddy job though and will make sure it looks good

Dunno, I can't even remember how much they all were, will have to go get receipts lol, make me an offer /emoticons/wink.png

I'm with you there daveyboy, just figured in the meantime might be useful with your motley crew /emoticons/wink.png No worries. Only bit of advice I'd have there is buy a bigger tank than you think, I went small and tried to use less water, but its impossible, it just seems to disappear

Motley crew!!

I am a one man band mate

Unless son fancies a day out now and then

Oh! Sorry there daveyboy, I must be getting you confused with someone else, boarcity maybe. I did think you had someone else with you tho! I've had my bro with me two days now, each house has taken exactly the same amount of time as when I did them on my own lol

I'm gonna have to get a van soon

Running out of space in the car

Typical that all these years i had a van as my day to day vehicle even when not window cleaning

Then once i got rid of it decide to get back on the glass

Knobhead

I'll buy the decent one that works @MrBump - as long as it does all work well!!!

A little bendy but i found it ok if i don't extend the 1st section too much

Stiffens it up a bit

I just had it fully out to 30 ft

Very bendy at the end

Don't think I'd wanna do a fascia job at that height

Eventually (we're talking a 2 years or so ) it will be my boys pole when he's home from uni i reckon

He already has it all planned

Pity he don't know the real world

He could leave school and earn more with me

Law says has to stay in education till 18 nowadays

Can't you work it so he is doing an apprenticeship with you?

He wants to do something with computers. .due to aspergers he is sh1t hot with all that stuff (i think i said before but he taught his class one day in junior school as he knew more about ms office and powerpoint including shortcuts etc than the teacher )

He is designing a website for me now at the age of 14 that i guarantee will be as good as a proffesional one and will only cost me 2 quid a month to have hosted

I hope he does well at what he wants and is already learning programming at school

But the windows are there if he ever needs it

Can't you work it so he is doing an apprenticeship with you?
