£400 day?

I don't do less than 700 a week..more like 750 as i have good and bad days but it averages at 150 a day..only 15 jobs at the most as i have a tenner minimum ..i have a good few better paying ones which gives me shorter days

Quicker now I'm stick waggling

most ive done is £140 in a day, im going to try and beat that tomorrow as work has backed up due to weather

at least i have a lot of room for improvement

I'm different. I like to get out of my area. Hate working living in the same area. Nice to get out otherwise feel like a fish in a goldfish bowl. My round covers a 10 mile radius.

It's absolutely possible day in, day out, if your round is compact. I work 9-5 every day, and won't even think of going home until I hit 200; the best day ever on domestic alone was £335, but that included £200 of well-priced PVC work.

That's good going mate, do you find it tiring?

Not really, a lot of my work is very compact, so not travelling a lot to get it done. I just break it down into 1-hour targets and go from there. It used to be an absolute killer on trad though!

Fair play!

You've got me motivated, as of next week I'm gonna aim for the £200 mark a day!

Go for it mate! I find my best motivation is the sense of achievement I get when I look at my job sheet at the end of the day, that pushes me on to tomorrow!

I'm too lazy to do that much on windows, £100 ish is all I ever aim at on windows.

Pressure washing though, now that's a whole new ball game, done £400 a day on that several times, £200 a day is average.

That's the best thing about this work though, you just aim at what you're comfortable with. I agree with the pressure washing as well; a mate of mine has contracts and regularly takes £2k a week on it, combined with commercial window cleaning.

£250 a day is easy to do, £200 a day is very easy to do and a good wage.

Just wondered if there's many window cleaners out there who hit this money in a day?spoke to a few window cleaners over the last few years and this one fella reckons he use to hit it often on residential work, obviously with two people going at but people do talk and like to talk rubbish.
I have my niece working with me now and we have hit 340 in a day so not to far off.

I haven't put this up to brag just wondered if there some window cleaners out there clearing up on a regular basis?
My mate would do that - he charges twice what I charge and does a **** job - does not touch frames OR sills and he's WFP ... Can't believe he's in business TBH! Don't tell him

My best is £342 in a day, all domestic work in North Norfolk, a few big houses £30+, as well as eight terraces all next door to each other (4 @ £12, two @ £17 and two @£25), and that was 9am-6pm. All of this was WFP and done six we. I average £240 in a day, usually 8am-4pm. That is doing all the windows, frames, sills and doors, as well as wiping all the sills down after.

I have one big commercial job at £90, all the rest of my work is domestic.

It's good to hear people are doing well out of window cleaning when I started with a ladder on my roof of my car I was lucky if I earnt 70 a day
