once upon a time there was 3 sets of liquidator twins who were born in the moerman family

one day they were adapted and set off on an exciting adventure to their new family

when they arrived they were so happy and couldn't wait to join with their new family and help out doing there favouret thing cleaning windows

Alas after several dozen attempts their new dad was not happy with their effort and they found themselves as trophy children looking good but doing little

part 2 will follow later

Liquidator is the greatest thing to happen to Moerman ever, produced cheap, sold high, no spares bought by every poor unsuspecting window cleaner in the country.

I have one of each size laying in the bottom of 'things I should never have bought' bucket.

So many on here talking about modding modding modding, why spend money on something that still needs to be modified?

I will stick to my trusty Ettore channels.

How does it still need to be modified?

Horses for courses i s'pose as i have no problems and love em

love mine , will be buying a few more to cut to different sizes,id been waiting to see if theyd start selling different sizes but no joy

i think i will need a chopsaw to cut the channel accurately , im thinking using a hacksaw would just mess up the cut edge

Yeah I love the liquidator, it's not for everyone, we all have our preferences

Boar i used a hacksaw on mine no problem

Very soft to cut and a slight rub with a file after

As long as it's near enough dead straight the clip goes on straight and the bit where the end and the clip meet will be fine if not 100% straight

thats interesting [soft to cut]as up till now id been thinking they are made of Aero alloy ,{same as Pulex Featherweight , which is hard aluminium} .

i had come to that conclusion because my liquidator channels have no tendency to bend ,theyre still as straight as the 1 st day i got them

unlike Wagtail channels which bend fairly easily

it could be that its not possible to extrude aluminium using Aero alloy , i can see that the Wagtail and the Moerman are extruded .

View attachment 5066 Whereas the Pulex featherlight channel is formed ,bent from a single sheet of the hardest aluminium aero alloy metal

Just got my liquidator today, didnt think i was going to be so easy after reading bad reports(?) on here, But found ti so pleasant to use straight out of the box. Cleaned my flat all windows without any detailing after 15mins of practice. Gonna order some more in smaller sizes so i can replace my ettore. I am in love

used the moerman fitted in the channel to clean mt Windows, but now fitted the razr so have to see tomorrow how it Works got a 2 flats to clean but used razr for some time and ind it the best.

You will get through rubber quick if you use the moerman stuff though
im getting about 4 days per moerman rubber , no flipping it either , iv always found that once a rubber starts leaving lines ,if you flip it still leaves lines

Well, I'm a modder, But all I've done with the liquidator is cut it down a bit, oh, and it's in a Wagtail.

Anyone need new clips email moerman and ask as they said they will be selling them but taking their time..maybe get them to hurry up a bit

Email [email protected]

The more people who email the quicker they will pull their finger out and do what they have said they are doing
I've done my bit...They now have an email from a Kiwi (NZ) Liquidator owner bemoaning the lack of spare clips (didn't tell them I didn't need any). :)
