Aquadapter 'The Plot Thickens'!!!

well maybe thats why hes no customers bar a few here and there

wen u stop going to him and by end of year i csn see him stopping the business this year and someone taking the brand on maybe the cleaning warehouse or wcw

Ah Mines about 4 months old now :0
Spares not easy to get hold of then?
ive never had an issue with spairs but i bulk buy every now an then ive only got 3 springs left thays it i have to aquadapters on boath my poles so ill try an order 10 springs an 10 grommets

Bloke who said let him run down the business the way he wants is a complete idiot. hope he doesn't conduct his business like that but it sounds like it

Customer service not being the best is an understatement, he messaged me after all this time to tell me he'd found the card details and has packed the stuff if I still want it yeah right? I've ordered it off Sureclean instead, got some good advice off Arthur at Sureclean as well, told him whilst I love the concept the Aquadapter performs poorly and sticks he said lubricate the wheel mechanism every other day with silicone because the water makes it seize must be right cause it worked all afternoon, he also said he doesn't reco the Aquadapter hose as it's too rigid and Sureclean do a new compound hose that works great so ordered that. No wonder Steve doesn't want to supply window cleaners seems far from being broke he's supplying Sureclean with 250 unit batches of Aquadapters.

I think you'd be surprised how small most of these businesses are, but that's no excuse for poor customer service...

what silicone spray did he recommend?
Silicone lubricant buddy, it's like WD40 sort of stuff, just one more thing, Sureclean Aquadapter with Gardiner pole stem and type 2 angle adapter socket from Gardiner £48 and some change plus vat, Aquadapter Gardiner pole kit from Aquadapter £57 plus vat.

ive ordered some base caps 4 my exceed pole yesterday.the thing is they are different to the standard base caps or I would perhaps order else where!!lets see!im sure if you order through pay pal its a very safe bet which I have

we all have to make our own decisions don't we.palpal is secure.he has to oblige the order or money back!!that's fact

ive used the aquatap i thault it was dung keeped turning off all the blady time i use the aquadapter an i like but the thing drives me nuts leaking springs snaping geting jamed ill b trying tap on the pole soon i think:rock:

I use the wagga method of bending the hose in my hand as i prefer the hose on the outside due to fibreglass pole being a tad heavy so i split it when i can..

Don't know if it helps at all but I have a brand new Aquadaptor, used it for 2 hours, don't like it, gone back to tap on belt.
If someone wants to give me a fiver for the postage I will ship it off Monday!
Will give you £20 +£5 postage if you want rid.
