Sounds like propoganda to me. Plenty of people want to leave here too. I bet if you lived in a war torn or poor country you'd want to bring your family somewhere better too, here or somewhere else with jobs and food. Had we not raped the world of its resources and bought up all the farm lands around the world I'm sure there would be less third world than there is now. We don't have more rights as humans or any other creature just because we happen to be born here. Instead we have a responsibility to help.
Theres another type of propaganda that's been going on for years. White guilt. I'm not going to feel guilty for what my ancestors did. Every culture did bad things in the past, it was dog eat dog back then, and we were one of the ones that was lucky enough to come out on top. But I'm notgoing to feel guilty about that. I'd rather listen to the propaganda of UKIP than that of Russell Howard, Brand, andthe other Champagne Socialists.

And it isn't propaganda, I can take you to areas of Leamington Spa, Banbury and Birmingham that when I was a kid were lovely rich areas that are now complete and utter **** holes with rubbish and excrement in the streets, people will say oh but they are moved into terrible areas, no, they became terrible areas AFTER they moved there.

London I know is the same, some lovely areas are now completely destroyed.

Exactly.

Round here that wage is standard, even for those born here! Friend of mine got a job in a shop the other day £7/hr.Non immigrant.

It's more to do with the proliteriat being exploited than immigration.
Yep thats been going on for years, but the person I'm talking about is 'self employed', probably doesnt pay an ounce of tax. When you work for other people they pay the overheads, do the extra hours etc,you just turn up and get the hourly rate.

When whitey arrived in Africa he did not 'take slaves' he bought slaves from the powerful tribal leaders that had taken slaves from other tribes in bloody battles. (sure we may have shot a few that did not cooperate)

Whitey has always had the class system to keep the poor down but it was the blacks that INVENTED slavery so when the black youth of today rant on about oppression and how we enslaved them I tell them to go take a history lesson.

The Nazzi party persecuted the Jews, three of my great uncles are buried in Normandy, another survived the war serving on destroyers in the Navy and my grandfather helped organize the Commando raids on the island of Jersey (he was 14 at the time) and signed up for military service the very day the island was liberated.

In short I owe you Jews nothing, my family has paid greatly to save your people from annihilation so if anything you owe me!

Diwrnach is bang on, the rest of the world can wait till we sort out our own back yard, and I say lets start with closing the borders and charging the Mayor of Calais with aiding and abetting illegal immigration and making him a wanted man in this country.

The government at all levels justifies your worthiness based on the colour of your skin and the level of English you speak. In short, white and fluent with a twang of cockney, well you can have f*ck all help, as dark as the night with only three words of english 'asylum and benefits' and it's 'welcome friend here's a house 50 types of benefits and dont worry about a job, we'll give you all the cash you need'

How much longer before Africa is holding concerts to raise money for the poverty stricken English.

I am actually pro active on this matter, I love a look round a charity shop but will not go in any where my money is going overseas such as Oxfam.

good on you diversifying into domestic cleaning. back in 2012 i started on domestics with 1 lady employee but hadnt the space in my mind to give it proper attention once she started "acting the goat" it got silly and i had to put her down
LETS GET BACK ON TRACK NOW GUYS......

As for the domestic cleaning side this is the wifes venture, she used to work as a care assistant in dementia units on the night shifts, a thankless, underpaid and mentally taxing task. All for £6.50 per hour.

She always said she wanted to start a small domestic cleaning business so when a local pub where I cleaned the windows asked me if I knew a good cleaner I said I would ask the missus, she said yes and went from £6.50 per hour to £10 per hour without the stress of being responsible for some poor less fortunate person.

Mentioned the wifes new venture to a couple of customers and in under a month she has replaced her entire care home salary with cleaning money and quit the care homes.

Now we are suffering 'snowball' effects, she has 3 student apartment end of tenancy cleans for an agency to be done before Wednesday I house for a full builders clean from one of my maintenance contacts also to fit in before Wednesday, a pent house duplex in town for a deep clean before the new tenant takes possession on Friday. In this same building, I have been asked to put in a quote for cleaning the guttering, they currently have it done twice a year (it is a two day job) and pay £6'500 per clean (rope access skills required) I have said ok to £5,500 per clean (grudgingly /emoticons/wink.png)

On Tuesday we are meeting with a client to quote on a nation wide restaurant with over 150 establishments in the midlands for builders cleans over the next 18 months.

To top it all off we have been asked to do a full deep clean on a small country pubs industrial kitchen and been told we have the deal and they can pay £750 (it will take about a day for me and missus) but I have managed to postpone them for six weeks to allow time for me to go on a two day training course to make sure I know what I am up to and get all the COSSH certification etc.

All this going on and 9 new walk ups and 5 new sign ups from the web page for the windows this month.

I know I said I would never touch employees again but that was when I was considering just sticking to the window cleaning side of things now we are contract cleaning and moving also to specialist areas such as commercial kitchens I am seriously considering going back into the employee route and becoming the 'big boy' on the cleaning block in my area.

And all this cause the missus wanted to quit the day (night shift) job!

I keep getting asked for domestic stuff and sure I could get it going pretty quick, its just the whole employing thing and being tied down, I currently just love being able to sack a days work off and buggering down to the coast for a long weekend whenever I fancy it and not having to worry about employees.

This might save you a bit of time and money on your COSHH training Green; http://www.highspeedtraining.co.uk/health-and-safety/coshh-control-of-substances-hazardous-to-health-training.aspx

Bought a trailer tent earlier in the year, took the kids away 5 times so far and going again in a few weeks, all spur of the moment etc.

we used to have a trailer tent, had it for 5 great years, just hook up and go anywhere, but as the weather started to get too unpredictable years ago we decided to sell it. conway, luxury after having a tent for years. started with a small tent, then middle size tent, then a freedom trail montanna tent, it was like a mansion compared to all the other tents around it. it is that big you could have parked your car in it, and still rom to camp in it. memories, loved cumbria and the north yorkshire coast, all with a cades camping book with all the sites in, with ratings.

then mrs got fed up of going to bed with a wooley hat on, Then we got a Conway Trailer Tent. now that was Posh to us, Luxury, proper beds off the ground. lighting and all mod cons, even its own sink. hhaahhaa

Cheers for the link Tolish but the course I am going on is to learn how to break down a commercial kitchen top to bottom including extraction hoods etc and how to clean perfectly and all taught in a commercial kitchen environment.

Bl**dy course is £485 plus the VAT /emoticons/sad.png But to me that is paid for in the first job then I am skilled to turn that into a pure profit scenario. /emoticons/smile.png)

Yeah, we have a posh Cabanon one, full kitchen with sink etc, double beds off the ground the lot, we are loving it so far, I did want a caravan, but turns out my license (I am a biker and only passed car test a few years ago) doesn't cover me to tow anything big and couldn't be arsed to do the trailer test, but the trailer tent comes in light enough.

green -be sure to keep us all posted on the employee front!
If I do Boars I will have my lawyer draw up an air tight contract so that any shite from an employee and I can give them the boot without agro.

Not to mention it will be a hell of a lot more planned out this time so should I have to give them a boot no jobs will be interfered with.
