Would you charge for one sheltered living property with 217 windows, 17 Juliet balconies and 11 walk on balconies? Some of the 217 windows are patio doors. Here's a pic to give you an idea of the size of windows.

£290 monthly. £1 window and some PIA Tax. :)

You guys are all so pricey!

Or maybe I need to reconsider how I cost things.......

Lol, I was thinking £500 but then I am trad. The balconies and the like are going to **** you about a lot though so careful not to underestimate.

I did that last week and the railing caught a clamp and opened it, so everytime I twisted the pole to get it through, the brush just span. Had to get the poxy ladder off the van, go up and thread it through the railings. The fun and games of work

Haha that's the kind of thing that of thing that happens to me I start swearing to myself lol I think I've mastered it now on the few jobs that have them. They seem to be getting more popular though!

The balconies I would break out the ladder, wouldn't find me doing that for less than £300 probably closer to £350 / £375

I have 2 care homes / assisted living joints about a third the size, done in 3 1/2 hours each do them on the same day and I get £220 per care home for those.

How regularly @Tuffers ?
Monthly - maybe £300
Would you beleive me if I said they want a quote for 2 weekly!!! I said I'd quote for 4 weekly too. 2 weekly will be too much of a hit I think. Saying that, I have a customer who pays £100 a week for his lawn to be cut
