hey guys got a question that I want to ask , for some reason i get small wave marks in the middle of the window I'm using a 14 inch wagtail I changed the rubber I know it's prop my technique but is there a video on how to stop doing it ? Only when I fan it happens 1 every 4 windows and most of the big windows say 1200 x 1200 mm it's driving me insane

Definitely worth changing the angle

I wouldn't use one at the standard angle again

Ok I dog eared the channel, tried it works brilliant, went to bunnings got a heat gun started getting ready then notice a crack on the pc control spewing hade that wagtail for awhile now ! Now I have to order another handle then will try it, also I wouldn't mind putting in a stainless channel in my wagtail witch stainless channel fits in the wagtail ?

Are you sure it's a crack? All of the grey discs have what looks like a crack on the upper jaw close to the screw hole. It's just a flaw in the mold, not actually a crack. Any standard channel can be used but you may have to either pack the jaws or soften and close them up a touch. Make sure however, no matter what channel you use, that the angle from the side, as you eyeball it, is as close to the Wagtail Original as possible.

Yeah it's cracked, is there a certain brand to go for ?
I only use liquidator or Wagtail own ones but I have heard of guys having success with Ettore SS or Unger. Just be aware that the SS and /or the Brass channels add weight and can throw the balance out, but, still fun to experiment with.
