Hello guys,

Would anyone know anywhere in northern ireland that hires out water-fed poles or any locals in the area that would hire out.

Based in belfast northern ireland

I would need at least a 45ft water fed pole for a weeks hire..

Cheers in advance guys

Cheers guys for your help..i`ll keep on the hunt

I can guarantee that anyone willing to lend me a pole will be returned with out blemish.

Ive a 35ft pole but its not high enough for this new job ive got to start next week. But its only external ever 6 months

Why not subby the high part out while you work onthe lower stuff?
Hello TolishAPurd. .if it was that easy. It wouldn't be a problem..

This is a company that we needed clearance for and they wont allow any contractors to sub work out for the same job..it has to be done through the one company. .

I may go to the back for a loan and get a new or second hand 45ft pole

Lol think we would be throw of site and told dont come back rofl
Make sure you paint the broom handle black, and remove the head as its a dead give away.

I'm sure once you have the pole it will earn its money back in no time. DO what you can to buy one- sell stuff if you have to.

just buy a 45ft pole then u can take on any job i had a friend who asked to borrow my super max 47 once a month an i declined as i dont lend gear umy way of thinking is u should all redy have it even if it hardly gets used sory to b blunt but thats how i role :lipssealed:

If I had one I qouldnt lend it either. If you broke it, I couldn't imagine you taking out a loan to replace it for me.

Would you like some pure water with it as well

That was tongue in cheek

No never a lender or a borrower be that was my granny's advice and I stick to it .Need something add the cost into the quote

Call Gardiners or one of the other big boys, many of them have financing available. Don't buy a second hander as you dont know what it's been through.

We are also needing a 45 footer but are honestly considering the new 72 footer from Gardiners when available soon and then just using the sections I need regular with other sections in back up.

Up here any job needing 72ft will pay for the cost of the pole in just a few cleans. You will be amazed what opportunities come along once word is out you have the tools for the job.

And like all others on here, no I wouldn't lend tools, they are what puts food on my plate, you knacker them and I go hungry!

when i first went wfp i got a clx 27 and a 47ft super max i only needed the super max for 7 jobs on my round were i used to miss the tops b 4 i just thault sod it, it was a big out lay but now i can take on more wich i did, also the pole should last years an years as it only has lite use, i think its allways best to buy 2 poles 1 for every day 2 /3 story jobs, and 1 for realy high stuff even if u wont use it often
