That was my thinking too. The human element missing from mass marketing campaigns. The thing was that this is a very high end garage, and yet the windows were filthy- a huge patch of fingerprints right where people push the door open, cobwebs everywhere etc. He would be an idiot to read that, look upat his windows, and then not call me.
