I miss smurf

Lol at drug dealing etc, none of that was talking about him, just fakers in general. I always got the impression smurf was borderline retired as he did spend a lot of time on here during the day. It always pisses me off when I see noobs on here in the afternoon, when they should be out earning, or getting work in. But with smurf it just seems like he was happy doing a bit and then chilling for the day- nowt wrong with that when you've put your time in. He'ed argue that he had done some £250 job in 1 hour, but its never added up for me. Everyone on these forums is earning 100,000 and only working 9-3, I just take it all with a pinch of sodium.
Not sure why anyone would want to leave because of one person, just block them or ignore them if its that bad. Or better still, have a row and air it out.

i thault the same to people talking about urning huge money ect but they are allways on line throu out the day lol lots bull shxxxit about what they urn i can think of a fair few on fb ect that do this alltho im no longer on fb any more

its fine done a few matches got second place on the last one i brought a second hand browning z12 but its naff the slide easy finish is worn off i got stiched up big time £1800 wasted its guna go on e.bay soon an im guna get a brand new one airity x45 or the new air maby

He was a bit touchy but he gave his time to give advice

Eviestevie i know you probably eat like it all the time with the bodybuilding but i have started a month of eating like I'm cutting to lose the weight i have put on again

Problem is i have phases as i don't box anymore so will eat shite for a bit before i realise i need to lose some weight again

No beer this month..had chicken and broccoli for dinner today

Depends mate really if I'm bulking I'm natural very lean so get in calories with the cheat meals but Ye come diet time it's keto diet zero carbs hard though for work etc

Getting carbs from sweet potatoes etc is how i do it

I don't do all that now

I train hard but like a fighter not bodybuilder

Lots of calisthenic type stuff

Weights i do heavy compound stuff

Just let myself go to much recently

Yes mate the keto is hard to start but once you get used to it and keto kicks in your body starts using your fat as fuel

Green your actually right when I allow myself to have a beer it certainly worsens my dyslexia

And seeing through blurred vision on my Saturday night rants doesn't help either
