Hi there, my name is Martin and I am one of the owners and a Director of Gleaming Insurance, but I am not here to post adverts or to canvas business.

Of course I am happy to talk about what we can offer, but I have joined the forum to try and offer some advice whenever the topic of liability insurance crops up ... and I will do that with an impartial head on ... if my generic advice can help then that will be great.

We have lots of adverts and posts on social media, so that side of things is taken care of - this is to try and put some of the many years experience I have back into the industry and to clarify some of the confusing aspects of insurance.

@Martin Holden Any chance you can have a little pic/badge designed that says something like; "Specialist cleaners insurance, Gleaming". I want to put it on my website; www.armstrongwindowcleaning.co.uk I've seen the one you have but it doesnt spell it out enough for my customers, so i've just gone with a generic 'fully insured badge. Just a thought.

We are in the process of upgrading our website and I am hoping that the new version will be live this coming week and as part of that process we are going to provide digital media for anyone to use on their website or for artwork for vans etc ... obviously we want to wait until the new site is live so that the branding all fits nicely .... there will be lots of useful other features that the website will offer you, but I won't spoil the surprise here /emoticons/smile.png
