Hiya. Where are you based ?

i dont know if theres a perfect answer to this. iv been in same situation and you can be the first window cleaner to call on the new homeowner but they will say sorry we just moved in and nnot ready to think about it. its awkward to call back soon after this but another cleaner may catch them a few days later and take the work. iv had others who have just moved in same day and said yes. camping out is definatly the best option though and take your chances lol

thats were u charm them tell them when ur redy for a quote ect call me an ill give u a good price sell ur self and u will get in on the easate

Ah ok. Far away from me then. Will send you a PM with a Damo how to guide.

Managed to build a round of just under 300 houses in 18 months.

Got some killer tips /emoticons/smile.png

Steven. Goto to the show home and offer to do the windows weekley on yhe show home for free in exchange for being allowed to have your leaflets on the desk.

Your leaflet will offer a free window clean for all new homeowners (subject to terms and condition)

You will need a 3 month rolling contract with your new clients. As you sign them up at whatever the price is to get the free clean they have to agree to the three month 'rolling' contract.

If they cancell in say February after just a couple of cleans you will still get March April & May of cleans in the bag.

Any that just want a feeebee will walk away when you say 'contract' none that accept will cancell on the 'free' visit any that do so will do so on the first paid clean so you are guaranteed 4 paid cleans out each one.

Good luck.

we have a recent new estate on the outskirts of the village I cba with canvassing to busy at home on my chair but...

well fred moved there....ya all know fred....yeh thats not her real name...she sext sorry stupid keyboard text me and wifey suspicious...I mean I would but shes far too jeremy kyle complicated....but she wanted me...sssshhh

anyways...she text me to go and she said....she has had six leaflets through the door in a week and one guy insisted she has them done as he does the other sixty...she texted me said am I able to do it...

my answer was of course yes....NO ****** stopping cheapy cleaning what the **** he wants....so I have this one tiny two windows and bathroom:rofl:

one climb on the back one below....

she offered me the tenner she used to give me and I gave her some four change and she looked at me with her beautiful eyes..oh feck...he looked at me with his beautiful eyes and I explained...

where she used to live was miles in the middle of nowhere twice the size and here I work all the time..

meanwhile...wifey ...get your arsey into gear and drop my cards sweetheart..she dropped a hundred...

yeh to date not got a one..

another lady moved to one of the most prestigious places around here which although is out of my zone she said...but its only twenty minutes...and so I explained....anyone....

yes but...its twenty feckin minutes back too...

anyway through the gates and miles and miles later I found it cleaned and left but..a previous custy had moved on there and asked me to follow..

I had said...well I would love to but...its too far to be worth it her reply was...oh well its okay we have had six different windowcleaners in the last week contact us..

yeh I think I will steer clear of them new estates...

I went to find a new job last week and spied at least four or five brand new estates popping up...

and so to fred.....well.....I made the mistake of going when she texted me in the school holidays...er....never again...a posse of at least eight kids watchin me and of course...

wat u doin mister...?...er...CLEANIN THE FECKIN WINDOWS...

why u doin that mister.?

oh for fecks sake never again....

Once I have wrote it up. I will send it to people who ask.
