Yeah but i would need to have a van mounted system to produce pure on demand would i mate?
It gets tricky when you want to produce on demand mate, not really practical, it's slow and would keep up with your work, plus you'd have to keep faffing about connecting to customers taps

Jake there's nothing tricky about it

Just a DI vessel in van and plug in customers hose - i do it most days no probs

Depends on the tds, round my way it's not practical as we need booster pumps, which means needing electricity...

Right so that's how it is done. No that isn't practical for me. I need to be in and out quick without worrying about connecting to taps mate. A lot of my houses are joined together so that just wouldn't work and would be too time consuming

It's only practical for those that fill a large tank in the van mate,

Forget about that idea for a trolley

That's and ideal situation mate. I'm just trying to figure out a way to do it without fixing a tank but getting a van mounted system is increasingly sounding like the only option

Kev, most windies who switch to wfp start with trolleys, backpacks etc, but land up getting a van mount. There is a reason for this. Its the best option by a billion miles

What it is steve is i'm on a budget. I want to get the van mount from the off but i maybe just cant do it. I might have £800 for a 350 litre van mount but i dont think i can do it for that

If you have a van why not strap in a tank ?

Yeah mate, everything from start to finish

Ok well just do it in order of priority - 11litre DI recon vessel EBay

Resin Unger £60 WCW

CLX 22 Gardiner plus backpack

Second hand tank £60 eBay

How much is that ?

Forget waterproofing van

You fill your backpack from your tank just with hose and gravity

I really would say don't bother with barrels I did my back in

If you have a long hose from your backpack to pole then you can run it from van -just leave tap from tank slowly filling backpack
