My back is killing lol got over my nerves. Thank u all

Very hard. But so rewarding I really enjoyed my day today. Must of done ok job as I picked a never 3 up in the same row

Definitely no gym needed. Got home sat down on the sofa and have not move cents

Hopefully these muscles will know their place lol. Ya it was a p.b for me 12ib 10 oz smoothhound. Put a lot of hours in to get that fish

Result, my PB Smoothy is only 6lb 2oz, caught from a breakwater in mid afternoon, low nip tide August 13th 2013, I remember it as we discarded our waterproofs as we were fishing the heaviest recorded downpour in Jerseys history.

Mine was from the Bristol channel crab bait on a big tide. Had a 12ib 11 small eye ray last week a never new on for me

Nice one! its harder work than people realise, soon get used to it though /emoticons/smile.png

You'll find yourself getting faster and faster as time goes by.

It's a lot harder than what I thought it would be. And it's so much more to it all then the customer realises. 1 of them today thought it was normal water and I done the top part of the frame and moved to the next window and they said to me you've missed the first window lol. I've explained it to him and he understands now lol

I see people looking sometimes when I do the front tops then the side tops, not yet had anyone say anything but I know what they're thinking "John he has missed the kitchen window!"

Don't shower, take radox baths. Really sooths the neck and back when you first start. Remember to always buy a high quality rubber duck

I love a good soak in a hot bath after a hard days work. But unfortunaley I don't have a quality rubber duck. You wouldn't happen to have a spare floating around steve:D

Once you toughen up to it you don't need a bath OR a shower, I've managed months without both!

Had a massive row with the mrs earlier, she can be so bloody immature. She came in whilst I was having my bath and sank my battleship
