Clicking more options here on PC and phone seems fine.

A Nokia Lumia phone. There's a more options green box under this page that's says more options but just a big blank square appears?

Hmm using a lumia you likely using the crappy internet explorer web browser.

I am on my phone but this is what you should see so likely your just seeing to text box but none of the tools at the top?
