Sounds like a plan....I have seen loads of sloes around.

Drinking parsnip wine at the moment. Its very rich and potent.....just way too tempting.

I saw a programme with rick stein where this woman freezes them ..adds to the gin and sugar then puts in the boot of the car for a month rather than having to agitate it daily just let it roll round the boot

My favourite beer at the moment is a 'brewing by numbers' bottle. Stored in wine barrels. It's ******* great.

Sloe gin made. Filtered it through the muslin last night! is bloody potent stuff, had it brewin up for 2 months now. Flogged a 70cl bottle to one of my shop owners this morning- £20. Could be a second business.lol
