I was wondering how many customers can a lone windy handle before they have to employ, I know it's a how long a piece of string answer due to locations and how compact rounds are, but just some sort of idea.

personally i think, as im wfp, i can do upto 25 average size house in a day, so i think about upto 350 a month. but depends on how big some places are and it your trad or wfp, and how well you work.

if you think about it, if you only have 200 a month, and if they are all £10 each, thats a min of £2000 a month!!!

then i guess you fill that up you move onto a 6 weekly rota and so on then??? lol if it carrys on like that you might end up with you house done once a year! lol

If you have 5 days fully booked thats good cos you got a lot of work on your hand... this means cash will be coming in everyday... but the downside is.... you may not get a days rest.

Also you may loose a few customers who notice that your late... but if customers are up 2 a few days late they wont even notice !

If you round gets too full, just drop them into a five week cycle, custies won't care.
That's exactly what I did. There now on a 6 week cycle & none of them have noticed. I got roundabout 375 custoes of which I can just cop with but with the **** weather we've had last couple of months if your at your limit then you do get behind. I've had a lad with me last 3 weeks 3 days a week & have just about caught up.

I've had more days rest then I've wanted the last 3 months. It depends what you wanna earn H. In summer I go all out to get them done so can have a couple of weeks off. When yer self employed & building a round you don't think about days off. Your get plenty of these during the year in this country.

Gav cos 5 days can be to much with this british weather mate, in the winter you can get heavy rain with heavy winds constantly for days and days
